Decent for being done free-hand. My advice would have to be use a base-sprite. Like, take a sprite that already exists and draw over it, try to make it your own. Also, Each pixel is supposed to be important right? So make sure you zoom in really well so you can see them! Also, There's a couple spriting guides on Bob And George that might help you understand spriting. If you don't have the links, Ask, I'll hook you up.
