The anatomy is fantastically stylistic. I like people who experiment with the human body's form. Her face just made me crack up, you did great with a classic manga face. The people in the background are also nicely done, and you succeeded at not taking away from the focus point of your image. The buildings are also nicely done, the skewed coloration really brings this together.
I am always blown away by the way you colour with pencils ... quite brilliant. Also love the green/purple and her anime expression, and the perspective you used.
