Yeah, just did it now.
Yes, to help warm up my vocals, I sometimes "speak back" to the singer or tune I'm listening to. It helps me to break loose within, so to speak, and my voice has to catch up and interpret my emotions. Sounds like new age mumbo jumbo as I write that last part, but lol, it's true. Singing, to me, is all about relaying a message, an idea, or an emotion to the listener, even if the listener is the singer him or herself.
It's very fun and this is the first time I've ever actually recorded myself doing this. ^__^ leave a comment and what have you!
And yes, I'm using my cheap mic, so higher notes are distorted. =\

dig your voice talent yo! that is nice control. do any professional work?? sometime I'm going to be doing vocal work in the future.. at least when I get the money for equipment. but its different, you're really on the spot when you sing in sync with the song. never too late or too soon. I think thats really nice control and timing~*

I was just saying it to myself as I noticed you'd already made a comment on it: too bad your mic doesn't pick up your highs. D=. I feel deprived of your full vocal splendor.

Pretty much as everyone has said, you're amazing and fantastic. Your voice is so beautiful, I would listen to it if you made an album. Just great. Makes me feel so inferior, but I'm such a fan now
