This is a gift for one of my oldest Inet friend, Drakell ^^
This is her character "Drakell", although her character does have a mermaid form designed. I wanted to draw Drakell, if she was a mermaid....if you catch my drift

I like the way the tale came out.......but i still think it could be neater.
