This picture was meant mostly to practice on how to draw this kind of pose (from the back and all). Also, I practiced on doing more convincing nighttime backgrounds. :33
Overall, it's definitely one of my more "mellow" pictures, but I enjoyed doing it because of the various challenges it presented.
Plus, I love the way the shading came out. It looks convincing.
Obviously, this is Nova -the blue hair gives her away immediately-. . . yes, I know. . . drew her again, but this really wasn't meant for actually drawing her, it was mainly meant for practice. And I felt like seeing what her hair looked like from the back. I like how that came out, too.
So overall, I'm actually quite pleased. Some things aren't quite right, but they were not the biggest focus so I'm not going to worry about them. If you're looking at the stuff I hope you're looking at (her face, the BG) then you're probably not noticing the mistakes-- which is, of course, always good, lol. xD
