Tiara Boobowski was a scrapped char from Sonic X-Treme, a scrapped game, but her clothing was simliar to Amy Rose's, in that she had a two piece tank and skirt with a different colored rim, gloves with rings at the top, and her shoes were red with a stripe down them!
