Been working on this song for quite a while- but very off and on, so it took me awhile. Some of the riffs in this song I actually grafted out of my WIP#1 song. It has more of a stealthy escape feel- while this one may fit into the around the city limits scouting before the job. I still plan on finishing that WIP#1. This is maybe just a part of the whole experience I was going for. So lets just say it will be a two-parter someday. Haha.
One of my goals in music making has been to make a song that has a light but dark feeling going on at the same time. I've heard a hand full of songs that give me this feel and its proved to be quite a difficult thing to accomplish for me. Most of my music turns out to be very light feeling- which I'm glad for but I still wanted to make a song with a darker feel mixed in. Saying that, I think this is the closest I've gotten yet. It has kind of lonely feel but it feels backed by a feeling of "I've got a job to do". At least- thats what I'm going for.

Here we go. Very nice. Reminds me of a video game or something. More specificly, a part with less action. Maybe in, like, an office building. (not sure why that pops to mind) Would make very good BG music, though.

*bobbing head* This is nice, very nice! I like the rhythm of it, like a relaxed sort of techno groove. Driving through the city at night when it's calm and all that. Haven't seen submissions from you in a bit so I was glad when I saw this in my Updates. Very nice work!
