Alrighty I didn't like the BG on the last one anyways so here are the dynamic duo, Michiru and Cici. I hope you don't mind Michelle, but

I got a few details wrong.

The characters here are based off

's manga Lynuka: Forever Frozen. THe bottom character is Michiru, who harbors the powers of ice, and the top is Cici, who harbors the powers of wind. They are both based off real life people, and I wanted to record some of their personalities in these chibis. Cici I wanted to give some of that natural sass I remember her having so much of in highschool, and Michiru I wanted to show off some of that cutesyiness that she DOES HAVE, just FEW FEW people see it. But it's there, in a glimmer in her eye every now and then. Things really do change after highschool, don't they?

But hey, I'd be nowhere without my friends, and as a trio we have all gone through our falling outs but we are still together. That says so much, it really does ^^ So thank you for sticking by me guys (And you too Gloria!)

Yush I see improvement. The background really blends in with the charatcers, because your coloring always has some kind of texture.

Something bothers me in the lighting comparing Michelle to Cici's, I think the lightsource is sort of confused.. But then again, lighting and shading are among the hardest things to do sometimes. xD. Oh well, it's just an opinion. I also see some color bleeding in places but it's quite rare. Really the only thing I'd do is do nice, dark, uniform lineart.

Other than that this pic is lovely, they're both really cute and I love their expressions! They stand out from eachother. ;D
