Looking at the various depictions you've got here, I'd have to guess youngest to oldest would be in the following order: D, P, K, J, H, I, B, E, And C. The rest I really couldn't help ya with. As for what their specific ages should be, that's entirely up to you. If you still have problems sorting out ages for your character, then you'll really need to do some face and/or life studies to get your brain jogged on how to depict age in a way you feel communicates age to other viewers. I personally like D the best. While she looks younger than your targeted age, I am fond of the rounder face, while it still keeps the form of it. It also appears to me that you didn't over-emphasise the breasts like you did on alot of the others, which just appeals to me more. Her looks imply a cunning side, and the way she carries herself creates a sense of haughtiness, which could be interpreted as acting in the manner of a female dog. Also, she's the most attractive (but I think the hair would look better brown than blonde).
