Highway Thirteen.
There is a legend that lurks within the minds of many who live in the small town of Shady Oak, a legend that was brought to life by its ancestors. A reaper of souls that is bound by machine by the ancestors spell, the Hearse a harvester for the dead was the machiene that confined the reaper. The ancestors came to ease with the idea that death was bounded to the machiene, but a part of there mind doubted their efforts to hold back the reaper. That part of their mind was right.

It was the eve of halloween and the parents were scrambling about the malls in a hunt for snacks that they will bestow on kids that desired the sweets, but even before they gave it out someone had to say "trick or treat." Well of course it is a tradition, isn't it. Anyways, the parents battled eachother with fierce rage in Wal Mart when someone would grab their candy bag. Words of spite were thrown to eachother, not to mention the glances they gave to one another. It was a day many had hate, but a day that also was cherished by all. The children could not wait for their parents to come home so they could become a nuisance by tugging on their sleeve and whining about how they want to show them their new disguise.

There are those who live outside of the town's borders and have to travel the highway in order to prepare for the night of halloween. But on highway thirteen the reaper appears and it claims it's souls from those who travel too near to the highway or even on it. The reaper broke it's chains that confined it to the machine and set itself loose to prey on the souls of the innocent. Those who travel on highway thirteen rarely see the light of a new day.
