The skirts seem to floofy (is that a word?) for my tastes, but you definitely get points for originality. I wonder if I would like it better with pleated skirts? Ah, but then the layering of the skirts wouldn't look right... hmm...
I like all of it except the skirts. But, alas, I have no suggestions. And once again, this is just my personal preference. :)
