Out of the Cocoon

I'm extremely proud of this one. I am so happy I found it again to add to my portfolio! This one is of a (yes he's male!) Fairy helping his true love out of her Cocoon! The branch she spun her cocoon on is that of a Cherry Tree. It was a cute idea that I took my time on and it turned out beautiful! I used white paint to simulate the white shine on their hair here and there. The image was done with mechanical pencils, inked, and colored with generic color pencils.
