Art trade with Xainy started before the semester began and freshly finished.

There is actually supposed to be an unbelievably awesome sunset in the background, just image it's there, I swear it would have been awesome.
More experimenting with markers. Next time I think I'll use thicker lines for outlining to help contain the unruly markers. This piece was done on 9X12 marker paper made by Borden and Riley, it is awesome for markers and can take a lot of abuse. This was a lot of fun and a challenge to do. I'm not used to character interaction, have hardly messed with markers, and I'm still working on the background thing, but just the same, I think it turned out quite well. The inking was done with the smallest Rapidograph pen they make (I think ... or at least the smallest one I have), which results in outstanding, fine lines.
As usual I pushed my borders and got in quite over my head, but that's how we learn!
