Description: She is Pegasus and Cecelia's child, born before she died and she looks every bit like her deceased mother. Unlike her father, she is mild mannered and is well behaved. She goes to school at Domino Elemantry school but she venomously dispises Yuugi Mutou for beating her father so ruthlessly and making him depressed. She swore revenge and has been practicing with her own toon themed deck ever since.
She has a Dark Magician Girl as her protector and has had this monster in her deck and protecting her since she was little and was given the Millenium bracelet from her mother's ghost. She used the bracelet, after she figured out the puzzle for it, to bring her cards to life as playmates becuz Millenia was a very lonely girl. After all, her father was allways busy with his corperation and cards and didn't have much time for her. But, in her eyes, she innocently believed that her father could do no wrong and believed everything he told her.
Powers and Abilities:
Summon: Using the power inherent in all Millennium items, Millenia can turn an inanimate "Duel Monsters" card into an actual object. This includes monsters, items, traps, and magic spells. The only drawback is that she actually has to have the card in her possession.

Abilities: Not only shields the user from all attempts at domination and control, but it can guard others from such attempts (people who would have no protection otherwise). It also blocks physical attacks like a personal forcefield. It has its own charge and is not tied to the energy level of the user, letting it work even if they're unconscious, though only the user is guarded if they're not awake.
Spirit: Millenia's deceased mother, Cecelia.
Summary: The origin of the Millenium Bracelet is when Millenia was just a little child, she had a dream of her mother giving her the bracelet and telling her to never let anyone take it from her. Cecelia put the bracelet on her daughter's wrist and kissed her face, thats when she woke up and found that she had the bracelet on her wrist.
