Okay. This was supposed to be some random... thing but it turned into a new character and fanart in one. xD I don't have a name for this guy though.

He's paralyzed in his back legs but... not... his tail? I DONT KNOW but he can't use his back legs and he can only walk around with the help of a rope that's tied up and the little sling thing there that holds him. If he wanted to leave someone would have to help him or he has little wheels which I shall design soon. I've grown really attached to this guy the past couple days I've worked on this. lD Him and his bright colors.

I also threw in a friend's characters, Lime and Chubcat. He likes them because they can walk and romp and play. u_u

This was alot of fun and an experiment on shading and such. lD Whoever read that all gets a cookie.
