I could have taken this further, but I'd had enough of this one so cropped it down, shaded over the crappy bits and voila.
Originally this was a sketch of an early concept for Nirak'ahn (the Lord of Decay in the Daemonslayers) but I settled on a different design.

It's a shame that you didn't finish this. It seems to be a sort of different color scheme than I usually see out of you. The cropped version looks great, though... I love the detail in the scales, and that eye is delightfully creepy. I love it.
