Dialga - Ruler of Time

Whee, another picture. Sorry I haven't been on, the internet wasn't working.

Anyway, this is a collab I did with Neon Flygon on the Eevee's HQ Oekaki. I did the lineart, background, and writing, and she did the coloring (And sparklies! SPARKLIES!!!).

ANYway... while the Internet wasn't working, I started playing my Pokemon Diamond game again (Wasn't motivated to do so before, with my Pearl game with the National Dex and all), and I'm still playing it a lot, even with the Internet fixed. When Neon colored the Dialga with the shiny colors, it kinda made me want a shiny Dialga of my own, so expect me to be offline for a long while once I complete the seventh gym.
