B-Day Gift 4 Vippy

I would've uploaded this earlier, but there was a thunder storm & my mom pulled the internet & forced us 2 unplug all of our computers, so I was going thru Sheezy withdrawal yesterday. @~@

Anywho, LATE B-Day gift 4 . -________- I need 2 do more gift art.....& Not just B-Day gifts....
But yah....I rememeber going thru Vippy's gallery one day & seeing a pic that pointed out 2 me that she had a freakishly long tongue. & I thought, 'Wouldn't it b cool if she & Neb were comparing tongues?' Cuz Nebula has a freakishly long tongue as well. But i'm PRETTY sure Vippy's would beat her out. >w<
