Hands - they will not protect you from falling glass.
Human nature it is to protect your head with your hands. I tried this pose and FAILED SO HARD. Also, when jerking in pain, one tends to throw their chest outward. Also, I FAILED SO HARD at that pose. Oh well, I shall try try again!
