I'd like to say "You're never truly alone as long as you always have someone there to lend an ear," but... No...no, I don't believe that anymore. Considering I haven't really had much of anyone like that, or anyone to do more than that, for me for a while now... All I can say is if they truly care...they'll stay. And if they don't...it may not have been meant to be... A harsh truth. But a truth nonetheless. I know this from years of experience, myself... *frowns and gives you a cookie* ...cookies make everything better.
