Gaius to give his proper name, during his second regeneration he altered his name to Erik to avoid being caughtin the timewars. He's the Dr's Adopted Son and is 600 years old, that's 300 years younger then the Dr. His right arm isn't real, its fake. He was born without one and as thus had to build one for himself.
