I don't really like the artwork...maybe if it was shaded this thing would look a whole lot better...
You've animated the leaves quite well here - in some points it looks as though they're turning as they fall - you could probably make their motion a bit smoother though - and you can do this by setting a path for them - you can also get them to rotate at certain points throughout the flash, to make it really look as though they're falling.
