This is my version of Rand. He's da bomb. He's from the Wheel of time Series. It isn't bad. Ya should give it a read. markers, pencils and paint and the bg was done in photoshop.
Very nice! I like the series too, but the latest books are a bit long winded, and not enough "meat" added to the story. I love the shading and coloring on this piece.
Hair's not nearly as curley as Rand's is depicted, but thats just me being a nit-pickey bastard. Actually, I like this better than those sort of puffey-looking bastardized versions of him in the book covers. that fool illustrator should never have been hired for WOT.

Actually, having seen what you can do, I think though it might have been a big stylistic change of pace, I think your skills would have done far better doing those book covers. =3
