If Isaac is the only one in the world who can touch ghosts then probably Icemist wasn't expecting feeling anything when meeting Isaac for the first time:
Isaac: Where did you get this scar from?
Icemist: Y-Y-Your hand is warm!! Why can I feel it?!? *sob*
It's a pretty harsh and powerful restraint, not being able to feel the touch of anyone but one person.
Touching is the most primitive way to get connected with people around you, it closes the gap, i.e. rest of the world from between two individuals and sets them to the same level as living beings. It can sooth and give a sense of secureness to the one being touched. Icemist must feel really lonely when Isaac is not around..
Or perhaps I'm overanalyzing the situation xD
Icemist and Isaac belong to Yoru Ryu.

That's the reason Icemist is obsessed with Isaac and would do anything to protect him. 'cept Isaac is pretty darn naive and clueless to the deeper meaning of it and Granvil just wants to beat Icemist up for being too creepy about it xD Plus this is so pretty, 'specially Isaac's wings~ And soft - i like soft colours. Hehe, thank you for entering, i wasn't expecting this one :3~
