“United tribes of Exiledâ€, is a nation in the barren waste lands created in a brief nuclear exchange. Every one blamed for the mistakes of using these weapons were banished here. There family, followers, and even friends came with them. The UTE is one of the two nations created by these exiled people. Live was hard for them, but they mange to evolve to survive using a little magic, a little tec, and a breeding program. This created the race known as the “no face†There skin is heavily wrinkled to a point of being leathery, and they have only one eye. They also only have holes were there nose and ears are. They wear a mask, and consider flashing your face as rude as “flashing†as we know it. There highly adapt at desert combat. There DNA is highly unstable, and strange growths are always appearing on new born. They cut it off leaving a big scar full of staples and call it good. This is another detail to there horrid bodies. But despite appearances there kind people, who are always willing to help travelers. Other nations see them as “sub humansâ€.
