Star Ocean: TEOT - Albel x Nel

Woo! Okay, I have a lot to say about this one...

First of all, this is the longest I have ever worked on any picture ever. I started this in early May, possably late April, and now it's the middle of June. OMG. This is the reason I haven't been submiting anything lately.
Why has it taken me so long? Well, of coarse the work put into it is one reason. Also, because their are two people in the picture, that doubles the time. But, the biggest reason would be having to color this when my parents weren't around. I didn't really want them to see this, it's a rather suggestive picture now isn't it? I mean c'mon, Albel looks naked. xD

Yes, this is the most preverted picture I've done in a long time. Why'd I do it? Because I felt like it. I'd love to do more like this, but the problem is getting the time to color them in.

I just recently started liking this pairing. I did some looking around, and I realized how cute it was.
I'm not agianst yaoi, but all the Fayt x Albel stuff is like whoa. So yeah, I just had to draw this.

And yes, I know I've been doing lots of Star Ocean stuff lately. I can honestly say that this is the best game I have played in a long time. It is definatley in my top 5. I just can't get over it. I have become obsessed. My friends all think it's gay, though... T___T

But, anyways, I have been awaiting the submission of this picture for a long time. I'm so happy to have finally finished it. This pic is HUGE, but I just can't stand to resize it. I was going to do some lighting effects (Two lights in the upper corners) but, it made the room look too dark. Though yes, the room is supposed to be dark. xD
I know that the background may look a little odd, but they live in a time similar to the medeival (Spelling...? D=) ages so things we'ren't quite as comfortable. So they're either in a hotel room... or in a bedroom inside the castle of Airyglyph.

By the way, the wall, floor, and matress patterns were found off of an image search! =D (NOT MINE)
I love my laziness.

I realized that I draw Albel's hair wrong. That's just... not the proper shape. I must learn how to draw it correctly!
And I didn't put enough blonde in it this time... T___T

NOTE: Please, do not make the same mistake that my friend did... there are too matresses, one stacked ontop of the other. She thought that I was trying to make it look like one matress, only 3D. If it was like that, this picture would look VERY screwed up. Albel would be sliding off of the bed, and the sheet doesn't crease correctly, and it would just be so... ew. So, don't look at it that way. It's from a side point of view, remeber that!

Q AND A FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T PLAYED STAR OCEAN:
1. What are those things on her legs?
They're magical tatoos. In that game, people get these tatoos to hellp them with spells. It's called runology. =D

2. What is she holding?
A scarf.

3. What is that white thing around the dude's left arm?
Bandages. He got his arm burned very badly. (I don't think it will heal...)
