Metaleon the Steel Type Eevee

I've seen random attempts at creating new evolutions of Eevee or Eeveelutions as they are commonly called. I brought a challenge to some of my friends and they will be working with me to make the, as of yet, undone Eevees. This is my first attempt at my Steel type. Metaleon evolves by friendship leveling with a Steel Coat equipped during the daytime.
