I'm so proud! 8D My first ever real painting! Done with acrylics =3 I don't have a scanner so I had to take a photo with my crappy camera, I swear it looks a lot better in real life o: It was a lot of fun doing this, though I had trouble working on such a small canvas without being able to zoom in, and the brushes kept shedding all over the painting =(
I'm really surprised with how fast I finished this, compared to digital drawing, and it's so much more comfortable to draw outside instead of on a computer, so I'm definitely gonna do this more =D
If anyone has any tips on working with acrylics, I would love to hear them X3

I love acrylics, but as you maybe noticed, they dry really fast. I bought some Galeria fluid retarder to allow me more flexibility with blending colours. I noted that you said your brushes kept shedding..
Uh..get better brushes
Good luck with your newfound medium
This is a GREAT first attempt at acrylics and you'll find you'll only love them more as you gain experience.
