5. Seeking Solace

You don't understand my envy
At the way you live your life
Totally sublime
It should be a crime
It should cut you like a knife

An epic form of beauty
You meditate on the floor
You can say it's fate
Bush off all the hate
And remain serene once more

Every day another challenge
To validate the times you've cried
You need the task
Strip away the mask
Something to overcome inside

It's lucky that the world
will never runneth dry of pain
"This is a test"
"It's for the best"
"There's something higher up to blame"

Shift all the guilt and baggage
Else it'd shake you to the core
Because if there's no God
If it's all a fraud
Then it's your fault once more.
