This was actually fun to draw despite the hair and wings details. The logo is darn bigger than this, this is just for viewing only.
I needed the fancomic logo, but I lost the previous logo to my corrupted hard drive, so I have no choice but to design one again, and this time, I put more effort into it.
The logo artwork was drew on paper, scanned, coloured and edited with Photoshop, with Yoshitaka Amano's logo designs for FF13 as reference.
At first when I sketch out the design, I wanted to use feather wings, but then after I studied Amano-san's logo designs, I got the inspiration to create a different wing design, plus hey, feathered wings are too cliche anyways.
Then I also positioned the title more to the side then the usual center of the logo, coz when it's put to the center, it's blocking the logo artwork.
So yeah, the new logo.
To ~DawnOfMelodies watchers/readers on dA, there will be a major update of the fancomic soon such as new comic cover design and redraw of Chapter 1 and also probably a contest.
