She is one of my new otaku warriors from Sailor Moon : Bloodlust
She is Dutch. And, all of the bloodlust soldiers are vampires.
When she was in Saudi Arabia, she stole jewels from the Sultan, and as punishment, got her left (our right) hand cut off. She got caught again, at the same place, and, more seriously, cut off her right (our left) breast.
