Underwater crap, I'm sorry I've been drawing this kind of stuff lately : /
done in paper with dark blue and black pencils, then retouched in photoshop (mostly colors and some highlights/blur)
I think it's more traditional because it took 4 days in paper, and then half an hour in pc D:

I like the blueness, and as always, the detail is wonderful on it. The signboard in the left corner is funny.
