Alright, here's the finished version. I finished up the rendering and added a few glow effects (no not simple filters). All together I'd say that this took about 3 hours I guess. I'm still learning so right now I'm kind of a novice in coloring. Colored enirely in Photoshop 7.0.

(after staring at the pic for 5 minutes looking for stuff to critise this,) I would have to say that you have given multiple light sources, that distracts from where you probably intended to have it to be. there seems to be one slightly from above, below and from the left. Maybe a background would help to show where the light is coming from.
