FullMetal and the Dog Demon

Chapter 1

Roy Mustang sighed as he signed his name to the last form from the almost infinite stack that lay on his desk, all under the watchful eye of 1st Lt. Riza Hawkeye. Being done with all the paperwork, he rested himself on his chair when the phone started to ring and was grateful for an interruption.

Roy picked up the phone and put it near his ear and said, "This is Colonel Roy Mustang speaking."

"Colonel! Something bad happened! It has something to do with my sister!" said a scared Al coming from the other end of the line.

"Whoa, slow down, kid. What happened to Fullmetal?" Roy asked, trying to calm Al down.

"That's the thing, Colonel! I have no idea what happened to her..." Al said worried but Roy knew that already.

"I'll sent a search party.. where are you?" Roy asked and waited for an answer from him.

"I'm in New Hiessgart, sir."

"Very good, stay there until the search party gets there, alight?" Roy said, he heard a yes from the other end and hang up the phone. He told Hawkeye to get Hughes and his team together to help Al find the missing young alchemist. The woman nodded and left the office to fulfill Roy's order giving him some free time to try to at least try to get another date for the night.

...........Meanwhile.........

Sarah Elric groaned as she slowly opened her eyes, checking her surroundings and saw that she wasn't in New Hiessgart with her brother. She was surprised to see that she was in the forest in the middle of a clearing instead of the busy city. She stood up slowly, brushing leaves off as she did so and started to set off when something that wasn't human blocked her path. The creature looked like a bear only a lot more monstrous in both size and it's physical appearance which reminded her of a... chimera.

The bear-like creature grins and saids, “Oh, so a little, short human thinks she can invade my territory?”

“What the hell? You can talk?” Sarah asked, remembering the whole Tucker deal.

The bear monster didn't really answer her question as it started to break into a ran towards her at a somewhat fast speed. Sarah slammed both her hands on the ground, creating an eruption of the earth’s land mass, causing it to go up along with the creature. She smiled as the creature landed face down on the ground, bruised and angry and soon more reinforcements showed up to join him.

'Shit! I never thought there would be more of these things...” Sarah thought trying to think of a way to defect them when it was then that she heard a shout.

"Hiraikotsu!!" A giant boomerang, bigger than any she'd seen in her life, suddenly flew out of the woods and cleanly cleaved in two the bear demons, and they howled in pain before dying.

“What the?” Sarah wondered, she turned around and saw a group appearing on the scene and the giant boomerang return back to it's owner. However this was the weirdly dressed people she has ever seen even the girl with a stange outfit and a skirt that remained her of a mini skirt.

“Are you alright?” asked the woman with the the giant boomerang.

“Yeah, thanks for the help.... uh.. what's your names?”Sarah questioned, when she noticed the dog ears on the red-clad youth with with waist-length white hair and fox tail on the kid. She then turned her gaze back at Kagome and saved the question about those two for later.

“My name's Kagome.” the girl said with mini skirt before she gestures to Miroku as he walks up. “This is Miroku, and behind him, the girl who saved you with her Hiraikotsu, is Sango.”

“How do you do ma'am?” Miroku smiled.

“Uh, I'm fine... thank you..” said Sarah blinking with confusion.

Miroku walks up and takes her hand and saids, “Would you do me the honor of bearing me a child?”

Sarah raised an eyebrow at him and gave him a snapped across the face with her real hand. Miroku then felt Sango's boomerang come down on his head. *WHACK!* Fire was on Sango's face as she stared Miroku down forcefully.

“Keh! The damn lecher will never learn. Now that we saved her life, can we continue on our journey now?” the boy with dog ears asked wanting to find the jewel shards.

“Osuwari!” Kagome said, as the beads around InuYasha's neck starting to glow forcing InuYasha to the ground making the rest sweat dropped.

“He will never learn...” said the kid with the fox tail and a weird looking cat with two tails stood by his side.

'How did she do that? It can't be Alchemy!' Sarah thought.

“What the hell did you do that for!?” Inuyashsa yelled in anger..

“Because you were being rude!” She yelled before walking towards Sarah. “You can come with us if you like... you still haven't learned the others names but we're tell you on our way towards Himoto Village. Alright?”

Sarah nodded, however, the name Himoto Village was unfamiliar to her and the only village she knew of was the Frau village. She saw the dog eared boy get up and dusted himself before they started to head out to the way Himoto Village was at.
...........Meanwhile in New Hiessgart.........

Alphonse Elric stood by the well waiting for the search party to appear so they can help him in searching for his missing sister. He soon saw Lieutenant Hughes and a couple of his men from the Investigations Division walked into the ally and stopped near the large suit of armor.

“Hey, kid! Can you tell us the last time you saw Full metal?” Hughes asked the young Elric.

“It all started with her hearing something inside of this well and went to check it out. I went after her and saw her falling into it, it all went so fast that i couldn't save her..” the large suit of armor replied with a sense of sadness before going on. “I went to check inside to see if she wasn't hurt to bad but there was nothing there!”

Hughes went into deep thought before looking at his men that were waiting for orders. “Alright! Go look for anyone who might have information on this well!”

Hughes' men immediately saluted, and were off like hound dogs leaving the two alone in the ally. Hughes went over to the well and looked inside and sighed not sure what to make of it.

“I hope she's alright...” Al said with a worried tone. “She's all I have.”

“Don't worry, kid, we're find her! Oh by the way...” said Hughes and, before Al could say something, pulled out a a lot of pictures of his daughter and showed them to Al. “Look! My little girl learned how to make a tower out of building blocks! Isn't it cute?!”

Al sweat dropped but he knew that Hughes was trying to cheer him up with this which was working. He smiled as he watched Hughes show him more pictures then he could count. He was sure that sister could take of care of herself and get back to him.
