Trying a new style. What do ya'all think?
I actually put real effort into this and drew it over the period of several days, which is a first for me. Basically I've always been the kind of person who gives up on a pic if she can't finish it in one sitting
but since I haven't had time to just sit down and draw/paint lately I've had to learn to pace myself.
Anyway, drew this over the course of about 4 hours spread out of 3 days. She is supposed to be Medusa but I got lazy and didn't draw snakes at the end of her hair. ;_; (actually I don't know how to draw snakes, and looking at reference pictures grossed me out so I gave up
)

In a way the hair waves out, almost as is they were snakes. For me the eyes kind of make me stop in my place for
a second, quite hypnotising and thats good since Medusa's gaze stops anyone until they turn into stone.

she looks purdy, unlike Roman or Greek's version.... which is the original, but I like this one better.
