One of a set of Senshi Twins. Unlike some people, I and StarRose have a better imagination when it comes to designing Senshi. Honestly, I get tired of seeing recolor after recolor of Sailor Scouts that have little, or no thought put to their designs! Anyway, I already went into a long explanation of the twins on DA. So when I feel like it, I'll post the bio up for her.
