Like it says this is Haseo from .Hack//G.U. Though he does seem to look more like Susake Maybe he looks like that cause that was the first time I'd ever drawn him.
Lots of people think he looks like Sasuke...I guess their hair is somewhat similar, and they both have a tendency to brood. However, Haseo is a considerably better-developed character. He's also a bit nicer than Sasuke.
