My concept for a Legendary Bird of the Grass Type Variety. I don't know why, but I've got a thing for Grass types...also I was challenged to create this odd creature. The name is derived from: "Flora" A Latin name of a Goddess of Flowers, and in Botany is general for Plant life, and "Cuatro" which is spanish for the number 4.
just following suit with the other "Legends". Y'know; Artic-Uno, Zap-Dos, Mol-Tres...
I sort of based the bird on a mixture of the "Bird of Paradise" and a "Quetzal". Search for pics of said birds to observe any similarities with this sprite.
Kind of a Legendary Oxymoron of a Bird...Since Grass types are weak to Flying types. Technically...its weak to itself?
Well the same can be said about Zapdos. Electric attacks are super effective against that so called legend, so I guess having another bird to match that oddity is ok...right?

Actually flying attacks would inflict normal damage since his flying part is resistant against flying(same story for Zapdos).
Anyway i wanna ask you if i could use it for a comic I'm making.

Great design! It has a very... I dunno..."Lord-ish" look to it. The colour selection is very good and I can't tell which pokemon have been put into it! Good job!
