He was originally created by one of Vinnie's friends for an FF7 rp. His design then is nothing like the design Raven has now. Rob(the one who created raven initially), handed Raven off to Vinnie and said, "have at it." So Vinnie completely redesigned him while keeping his name and the cannibal aspect to his overall character.
