Welp, this is Aldessa's OC, Miuko Shimizu. One of 3 orders from Aldessa xDDD She liked the first one so much, she ordered 3 more! xD
This is based on her description however, due to the fact that she had no reference pictures. Doesn't bother me, as long as I can understand the description.
"No pic, but, Miuko is a mermaid. Though on land she has legs. Miuko has flowing blue-green hair, and pale white skin. Her eyes are lavender. When in the water, she has a fish-like tail that is covered in blue scales. On land her tail becomes two human legs. She is a minimalist when it comes to clothing, but that clothing is form fitting, so it doesn't create drag when she swims. She prefers whites, greens, and blues in color. On land she stands about six feet tall, and feels awkward being so tall. She is fit, but not ultra-skinny, and her muscle tone/fat is surprisingly dense, to help her fend off the cold and pressure of the sea.
Additional info: She controls water, so it'd be cool to have some kind of effect for that. She uses dual kamas (hand sized scythes) when fighting, but unless you do an action pose, you don't need to show those. "
