Ah, the simplicity and ease of painting snow! I really liked the stark contrast of the black horse in the snow - even if it might've been a sneaky cop-out to put him in a huge snowfield.

Wow. Truly captivating! It reminds me of the part in King Arthur, about how knights who died, were reincarnated as great horses. I love the surging power, and, as you said, the excellent snow and black pelt contrast. Excellent job! (Love the mane ^^)
