duck.fla does what he does best - fightin' round the world!

(There are 4 easter eggs - the first appears when you click on the rock at the bottom right hand corner. Another is in that next scene, and the pattern continues this way.)

Okay, here's an explanation:

DWARFINATORclock made a movie called duck.fla, and it ended up being a big hit on the Clock Crew Forums - so much so that it was submitted to Newgrounds, where it achieved an Underdog of the Week award.

Shortly afterwards somebody else made a duck.fla movie and submitted it, much to DWARFINATORclock's disgust. However, he changed his mind and supported the idea of more movies of this calibre being submitted into the portal. At this point I posted a message that said something like:

"5:4 And lo and behold, he said to his children 'Send the ducks through the portal of destiny, and I will bequeth upon you a day of eternal celebration.'
5:5 And he said 'And it shall be knownst among all as 'Duck Day.'"

So that's how it started. FloundermanClock supported this idea and made a couple of threads about it, and we all ended up submitting movies on 17/05/2007. Unfortunately, we didn't take into account the actual effect this would have on the portal itself. As a result, it became flooded. Seeing this as an attack, the higher-ups found this and removed all traces of duck.fla from Newgrounds immediately - including the original submission.

We got a slap on the wrist from Wade, who said 'Don't do it again or I'll take away your hosting,' and others were full of regret afterwards.

Personally I found it hilarious.

Ironically on that night Newgrounds reached the highest peak number of users online in the history of its existance.

Why did I make this?
I didn't do this for the award. I didn't even do this to annoy Newgrounds. I did this because for the first time I felt accepted into a community. For once I felt comfortable about being a clock. This particular submission represents the respect that I have for the Clock Crew after showing me that you don't need to impress people on the internet with fancy graphics.

Of course, you don't have to tell me that.

As long as I make at least one person smile, that's impressed enough for me.
