Its fun to create characters, even more if they come from the Sonic universe. I trew some ideas for villains into these 3 bad guys.
Backgrounds lawl
The left one is Redrosid the Khaos, the incarnation of the Chaos Emeralds. He's a doppelganger mimicing the ones who previously used the emeralds(Sonic, Shadow, Silver and Knuckles). His current form is stable with the help of his ''special'' bracers.
In the middle is King the Cobra. An evil gentleman using his wits and charisma to take down his opponents. He hired Nightmare to do his durty job without saying a word. King is equipped with a pair of mechanical arm from Robonick to make his life easier.
The right one is Nightmare(lame...I know). He's one of the ''over-powered'' mythical creatures of the past. His intentions are unknown but his main goal is to find a rival of the past...his good ''friend'' the unicorn.
PS: The scanner sucks
