Ahaha!
When I first saw 's Pirates of Teaside thing, I started drawing Neon as a generic pirate.
Thus the eyepatch, and the feather... I'm not sure what the hell that hat is, I just drew it randomly, it looks weird xD
THEN, we got told its not ACTUALLY a pirate, they just call themselves that, so I started drawing a waistcoat and normal trousers etc
THEN -SOMEHOW- he turned into a Cowboy x_x .. Who also looks like he's hyped up on coffee :3

I GIVE YOU A POSSIBLE RIVAL GANG. THE TEASIDE-COFFEE-COWBOYS... or something
Aaaah forgive me, its almost 5am xD
