A lot of time was spent in the conceptual phase of this piece, researching eastern European weaponry and clothing as well as concocting the heavy symbolism. I'd love to hear interpretations.
I'm attempting to pour more of my effort and time into my pieces. This was greatly an experiment. My thanks go to Heliel and Oleandervyce for all of their advice during the creation of this piece.

It's amazing now that it has been colored and shaded. What stood out the most to me were the clouds. I don't know hy, they just stand out nicley amonst the rest of the sky.

Vee... the building is just... wow. And the huge bat (?) face and the robe design. Wowsa. Only crit I have is the shadow across the top of his head looks kinda meh. Like a burn tool swipe. But besided that hurra, hurra, and hurra forever.

Wow, the colored version looks so different from the non-colored somehow, it's amazing. The greater effort definately shows, the deatils in the clothes and all of the lighting looks fantastic.

hmmmmmmm... interpretations, well it means Blood wedding: the night, right? And your quote explains the picture very well. I can definitely see all of the European parallelism. Im sure that you used many references. I love the archtecture of the building; you did a fantastic job on the shading as well.

oh wow, the colours are lovely. The preview image makes them seem more tight I think, but nonetheless it's really nice, and the detail in the view through the windows is wonderful.
