My faveorite of the three "Mew-wannabes". I was just screwing around with the different brushes when I stumbled upon one I really liked, so I did this. I'm pretty happy with the results. =3 I havn't caught it yet on Pearl, but I'm workind on it!
I just drew Azelf this afternoon and it actually turned out good for what I usually draw... I wish I could color it like that though. Actually, I just wish I could scan it! I don't have a scanner. :(
On another forum my member number is 480, wgich is Uxie's number!
There needs to be more Uxie fans.
Good job, though I think you overdid the blur.
Photoshop Elements is okay, to work in, but I'd serioussly recomend Corel Painter Essentials 2. Its wonderful to use with the Wacom tablet.
