OK, for those who think Forte's Answer sucked (Especially because he came out of the blue), here's what a "Corrupted" is in better terms.
A "Corrupted" robot or Reploid is alot like a Maverick. The user of Evil Energy has become so saturated in this element, that their physical appearance visibly changes a great deal, and their powers, which do grow stronger, also become tainted with evil. Anyone, even Duo, can become corrupted, if infected with enough Evil Energy. Corruption doesn't always occur immediately. Actually, immediate corruption is very rare, and normal corruption can be caught and stopped.
