This is one of the characters in an animation I'm working on. The rig I've created is more advanced than other rigs I've used in the past, but I'm still ironing out paint weight issues on the character, so this is one of a few test animations I've made to help iron out the problems. Feel free to point out the rig/joint flaws, I'm probably aware of most. The main reason I've submitted this is for feedback on the animation itself, hope you like it. I suppose the main thing I don't is the head should probably be facing the direction he is falling when he is actually jumping. No theme or reason to this animation, it's just short and Random.

For the most part this is pretty good. The style is neat and the animation is alright. But when he jumps off, his hands stay in his pockets and it looks a little weird/stiff. Also, after he hits the ground, he plants his hand on the ground. His hand doesn't rotate at all with his arm. In other words, his wrist turns about 180 degrees, which wouldn't be too comfortable for a real person. Still, this is quite nice.
