This is a chibi-version of the character, Shin in the manga-thing I'm currently working. Shin and his partner are assassins that need to dress like schoolgirls to off a science teacher at a female boarding school.
I realize only his arms are moving, and they look funky. This was just sort of an experiment. Oh, well, it's still cute. x3
