The next day Danielle was upset finding out she would grow wings. It upset her more with the growing pain in her back. 'Why must I be the Devil's Daughter ?' She thought to herself. She was in the kitchen staring into an empty bowl which once contained cereal. Danielle then thought about the wings again. 'Think of the possibilities, I could fly,' Danielle thought. She was so excited. But the excitement ended suddenly with a strike of pain in her back. 'Why me?' She cried. She banged her head on the table for a bit than stopped.
Meanwhile Billy was watching TV with Grim in the living room. Mandy was upstairs stealing Billy's allowance. "More money for Mandy." Mandy smirked. She did a little sigh of joy, stuffing the money into her purse.
Danielle came into the living room where the gang was. Mandy came downstairs. Danielle looked at Mandy and sighed. "I hate my life..." She said. Mandy nodded her head. "What's not to hate about our lives?" Mandy asked. Mandy sat on the couch by Grim. Danielle became jealous but right than another pain slashed across her back. Danielle winced at the pain. She fell to the floor. Grim looked at her. "Eh...Are you all right Danielle?" Grim asked. Danielle sat up. She moaned and groaned. "I tink you better rest for awhile today. No moving around or nothing Rest is what ya need." Grim pointed out. Grim picked Danielle up from off the ground and brought her to the couch. Billy laid out on the couch. "This is my couch GO GET YOUR OWN " Billy said. He growled like a dog and than barked. "Billy you dunce get off the couch man " Grim said kicking Billy' s butt off the couch. Billy snarled at Grim, still acting like a dog. Grim bent down and Put Danielle on the couch gently. "No pain now.. You stay here." Grim said calmly. Danielle's pain stopped for awhile. Soon she fell asleep. Then Billy all of a sudden attacked Grim like a maniac dog would do.
Mandy glared at Billy. "Cut it out Billy." She raged. Grim freaked out as Billy bit Grim's boney butt. Soon, the dog fight was over.
